2013: Britain India, -Amritsar

 At the sight of a massacre of hundreds of Sikh civilians by British soldiers in 1919 in Amritsar, India, British Prime Minister David Cameron calls the massacre “a deeply shameful event in British history” but does not offer a formal apology.
