Documenting Human Rights Advocacy: An Open House at The Center for Human Rights Documentation & Research

Visit the Lehman Social Sciences Library to view a wide variety of items from the Center for Human Rights Documentation & Research's human rights collections and archives during our annual Open House. Collections will include: Amnesty International USA, Committee to Protect Journalists, Human Rights Watch, Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility, Records of the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League to Champion Human Rights, and the Telford Taylor Papers. The Human Rights Web Archive (hrwa.cul.columbia.edu) will also be featured. RBML staff archivists and Columbia Libraries librarians will discuss their work including the processing of collections, the preparing of finding aids and the ongoing digital initiatives of the Center.
