The Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue

Please join us for a talk with David L. Phillips, Director, Program on Peace-building and Human Rights, Institute for the Study of Human Rights, Columbia University.

This talk will focus on David Phillips's work in his recent report "Implementation Review of the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue" (5 September 2017). The report is based on extensive interviews with current and former U.S., EU, Republic of Kosovo, and Republic of Serbia officials, as well as civil society including Kosovo Serbs (July/August). Phillips is widely published on the Balkans, including Liberating Kosovo: Coercive Diplomacy and U.S. Intervention (Harvard's Belfer Center and NBC Publishing, 2012).
