HRAP alumni Biggie Nkali of FARUG in Uganda and Marijana Savic of NVO Atina in Serbia participated in 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence which is an international campaign to challenge violence against women and girls. The campaign runs every year from 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to 10 December, Human Rights Day.

2018 Advocate Marijana Savic of Belgrade, Serbia has been named to the board of the Global Fund for Children. She is the founder and director of NGO Atina which fights violence against women and human trafficking.
