Congratulations to 1996 Advocate Twesigye Jackson Kaguri who recently published his second children’s book titled Patience Mariza Goes for Water. The story follows a Ugandan girl orphaned by HIV/AIDs, now living with cruel relatives who overburden her with work, until a chance encounter changes her life.
