In the book, she argues that many of the legal issues to underground warfare have been under-explored and underestimated by States, security experts, and public opinion, although elements of underground warfare have been featured in virtually every conflict post-9/11. Dr. Richemond-Barak is Assistant Professor at the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy at IDC Herzilya. Professor Lori Damrosch will introduce and moderate the talk.
