    Our mission is the achievement of sustainable development through effective social systems; specialising in community systems strengthening, program review and analysis, research analysis and training especially with respect to human rights and rights of marginalised populations’ empowerment across the development sector.

    Through knowledge management, we transform data and human knowledge into actionable insights especially interventions for community empowerment; facilitating better decision making and stimulating social change.
     
    Volunteer Responsibilities 
    • Website Revamping: https://naxiluva-consulting.co.za/ & https://glendacoaching.co.za/
      • Trim and streamline the content for a more user-friendly experience.
      • Edit website layout and design for improved aesthetics and functionality.
    • Content Upload:
      • Upload and organize relevant content on the websites.
    • Social Media Handling:
    • Establish social media handles for the websites on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
    • Create engaging and shareable content for social media promotion.
    • Blog Management:
      • Publish media for blogs, including images, videos, and written content.
      • Edit and proofread blog posts for clarity and coherence.
    • User-Friendly Editing:
      • Implement user-friendly features on the websites to enhance navigation.
      • Ensure that the websites are accessible and easy to use for visitors.

     

    Required skills:

    • Prior experience in website development and design.
    • Proficiency in handling social media accounts.
    • Skills in content creation and editing.
    • Availability to commit time for the mentioned tasks.
    • Feminist and interest in Decoloniality and gender studies and African experiences on women and girls and equality.

The organizations will make the final decisions which will be announced by the end of May.
